Harpenden Corps of Drums Entry in the Parade.

Whilst the Harpenden Corps of Drums marched and played in the Harpenden Carnival Parade several parents and younger corps members entered a float in the parade. Not sure which year but would be the early 1980's. The Corps did enter a float for several years in the 1980's.
