Judy Fryd – Commemorative stamp
Ed Wiles is a Harpenden-born film-maker and publisher of apps-guides to places of interest. He has put together this illustrated account of Judy Fryd’s role in founding Mencap. Judy was his former neighbour in Westfield Avenue, Harpenden.
