Mr H A Bell's 3" square Lantern slides

I found two boxes of 15 Dufaycolour and Kodachrome slides in our archives. The label on one box reads “Autumn scenes at Cooters Hill and East Hyde. Donated by H.A.Bell. 4 Dufay & 3 Kodachrome. Harpenden Photographic Society”.  Aquistion No LHS 1044. The Register shows these were donated in 1987.

Now digitised, we are looking for their story.
