Volunteering at the museum

We open the museum with two volunteers 11am to 3pm on Saturdays and, subject to having volunteers, on Tuesdays and Thursdays on a rota to be arranged with each volunteer by our Deputy Curator, Pamela Doran, who will be pleased to receive applications to join the team by contacting her at curator@harpenden-history.org.uk

All you require is interest in the people who visit!  And a few spare hours: 2-hour shifts.

Museum volunteers will be encouraged to help visitors seeking information and access to photos in our archives in the Les Casey Archive Room, by noting enquiries for referral to our archivists who will help with their research.
