Constitution

The Society was registered on incorporation on 22 May 2019 as successor to the similarly named predecessor society.  The Registration Certificate may be downloaded.

The Constitution adopted on incorporation was based heavily on the model template made available by the Charity Commission who approved it in May 2019.  This provides a secure and robust framework for trustees and members to operate and control the Society’s affairs in line with Charity Commission regulation.

A resolution was passed at the AGM on 28 November 2023 amending the Constitution.
